This card was designed for a friend a work, she is always so thoughtful and so I thought I would give her this card to let her know how much her friendship means to me.

White Cardstock: 4 x 1
Stamps: Penny Black-Sweet Smiles
Hero Arts-Thank You (CL351)
Stickles: Christmas Red
Punch: Stampin'UP!-Scallop Circle 1 3/4
Brad-1 Red
Ribbon
To make the Flower you will need to punch out 5-6 Scallop Circles
Place one on top of each other, and make a whole large enough in the middle so a brad can fit.
Place several together and cut slit after every two scallops (it will look like a heart) you will need to cut far enough down to allow you to bend the heart in half to form a petal.
Once you have made your petals on each of the scallop circles, layer them on top of each other and secure with a brad. You may need to scrunch your petals to give it a more realistic look. The more you work with the petals the better it looks.
Absolutely wonderful! The colors are so rich and the flower is so pretty too!
