To make the Flower you will need to punch out 5-6 Scallop Circles
Place one on top of each other, and make a whole large enough in the middle so a brad can fit.
Place several together and cut slit after every two scallops (it will look like a heart) you will need to cut far enough down to allow you to bend the heart in half to form a petal.
Once you have made your petals on each of the scallop circles, layer them on top of each other and secure with a brad. You may need to scrunch your petals to give it a more realistic look. The more you work with the petals the better it looks.

Oh wow this is beautiful. My husband says I send people cards because they are breathing (meaning a lot of times for no reason.) I'm so happy to see someone else recognizing people and using their talent! You have a lucky coworker:)
